Parties And Binding Agreement

These Terms are between you and Signal Nine Sentinel Inc., the corporation responsible for the Integrity Trading website and Live Scanner platform. By creating an account, signing in, connecting a broker, receiving alerts, purchasing access, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Billing Policy, and the Market Intelligence & Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority where you live, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be permitted to use these tools in your jurisdiction. You may use only your own account and may connect only accounts and notification destinations you are authorized to use.

Limited Platform Licence

Subject to these Terms and your access status, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own informational and educational purposes. No ownership or data-redistribution right is transferred to you.

No Financial Advice, No Fiduciary Relationship

The service is for informational and educational use only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, accounting, brokerage, or fiduciary advice. User-selected risk preference and market experience may be used to label portfolio fit, but they do not turn scanner output into a personalized recommendation. No scanner row, score, target, stop, alert, AI summary, proof record, chart, paper trade, message, or portfolio read should be treated as an instruction to buy, sell, hold, short, cover, trade, or invest.

Regulatory Status And Legal Limits

Signal Nine Sentinel Inc. is not registered as a securities dealer, investment fund dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, commodity trading adviser, futures commission merchant, exchange, bank, custodian, or transfer agent. The platform does not custody user securities, cash, crypto assets, forex balances, or broker assets. A disclaimer does not replace registration if activities become registrable; platform features must remain within approved informational and educational boundaries.

User Assumes All Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including total loss. You alone are responsible for every decision, order, position, trade, broker connection, watchlist action, alert setting, and interpretation of platform data. You must independently verify all information before relying on it.

Market Data, Accuracy, And Availability

Market data may be delayed, missing, cached, stale, incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable. Scores, rankings, accuracy meters, alert history, charts, levels, earnings dates, dividend estimates, AI summaries, and risk calculations are estimates and may be wrong. The platform may be interrupted, slow, blocked, throttled, or unavailable. No performance, uptime, accuracy, outcome, profit, signal quality, or data coverage is promised.

Brokerage Connections

Brokerage integrations are provided so users can view holdings and related scanner context. Broker connections are read-only inside the platform. You may connect only accounts you own or are expressly authorized to view. Broker, market-data, and integration providers have separate terms, privacy practices, limits, outages, approvals, and data errors. The platform is not responsible for broker-side data, connection failures, delays, incorrect portfolio values, or broker restrictions.

Broker Read-Only

The platform does not offer broker order entry, order routing, execution, or automated trading. Users cannot place broker orders through the website. Any brokerage order must be handled directly inside the user's own brokerage account, outside the platform.

No Suggested Shares Or Position Sizing

Paper planning tools may help users record their own idea, notes, target, invalidation, and personal risk plan. They must not be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell, and the service should not present suggested shares, recommended position sizes, guaranteed targets, or personalized allocations. Any quantity entered by a user is the user's own decision.

No Custody And No Broker Credential Requests

Signal Nine Sentinel Inc. does not ask users to send broker passwords, broker two-factor codes, wallet keys, account numbers, transfer instructions, or private financial information through comments, support messages, email, text, Discord, or social messages. Users should enter broker credentials only through the approved broker or broker-connection provider flow.

No Account Sharing Or Resale

Each account is for one authorized user only unless Signal Nine Sentinel Inc. gives written permission. You may not share, sell, rent, sublicense, pool, publish, stream, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or resell access. The only permitted setup-sharing method is the platform's built-in frozen Share Setup Snapshot, which intentionally excludes private account, portfolio, comment, and user data. We may monitor IPs, sessions, browser/device patterns, usage timing, and failed login activity to detect sharing or abuse.

Official Staff Safety

Integrity Trading Staff, moderators, support, and admins will never ask you for passwords, security codes, broker logins, account balances, wallet transfers, direct payments, or private financial information in comments, Discord, email, text, in-app messages, or social messages. Account emails from us will include your secret anti-phishing code. If the code is missing or wrong, do not trust that email. Any person claiming to be staff while asking for those items should be treated as suspicious and reported. Users must not impersonate staff, moderators, support, admins, owners, or official platform representatives.

Strict Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, manipulative, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or market-abusive activity.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape, clone, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its vendors.
• Do not misrepresent scanner outputs as guaranteed advice, official recommendations, personalized advice, or verified financial results.
• Do not connect broker accounts, Discord routes, phone alerts, or email addresses you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use broker-connected tools to place orders for someone else, manage someone else's account, coordinate market manipulation, or evade broker rules.
• Do not attempt to avoid payment, access limits, security gates, update requirements, or account restrictions.

Intellectual Property And Data Rights

The platform, code, visual design, scoring methods, documentation, branding, compiled datasets, and original content are owned by or licensed to Signal Nine Sentinel Inc.. Third-party market data and content remain subject to provider rights and restrictions. You may not redistribute raw or derived data, operate a competing feed, remove notices, or use the platform to train or populate another commercial product without written permission.

User Content And Moderation

Profiles, comments, replies, likes, follows, and other community features are user content and interaction tools. Users must not post spam, harassment, threats, illegal content, private personal information, misleading performance claims, coordinated pumping or dumping, market manipulation, broker credentials, or content that presents itself as official financial advice. We may hide, delete, restrict, review, preserve, or disclose user content and related logs when needed to operate the service, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, support moderators, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform. Deleted comments may remain visible in admin/moderation logs.

Suspension, Termination, And Evidence

We may suspend, restrict, revoke, terminate, or refuse access at any time for nonpayment, suspected account sharing, suspicious login patterns, security risk, abuse, legal risk, vendor limits, data misuse, or violation of these Terms. We may preserve logs and account records as evidence.

Subscriptions, Prices, And Taxes

Paid access is sold as a recurring monthly or annual subscription through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless checkout clearly identifies another currency. Any tax Stripe applies is itemized before payment. The recurring price, billing interval, trial terms, tax, and total due are shown before you submit payment. Essential and Elite begin billing immediately. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

Free Pro Trial And Automatic Renewal

Eligible customers may use one 14-day free Pro trial with full Pro feature access throughout the trial. No subscription charge is collected during the trial, but a payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the selected recurring Pro price—currently $79 CAD per month or the displayed annual price. Changing an email, payment method, or account does not create a new trial. The exact renewal date and total are shown in checkout and the billing portal.

Cancellation, Refunds, And Failed Payments

You can cancel through Plan & Billing and the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then. Cancel before a trial or renewal date to prevent the next charge. Subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time except where required by law or expressly approved. Stripe may retry failed payments. Past-due, unpaid, canceled, disputed, or charged-back subscriptions may result in limited or suspended access. The Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Open Beta

When Open Beta enrollment is enabled, a verified account receives access without a card, Stripe subscription, or automatic paid conversion. Open Beta is separate from any Pro trial. Beta features may change, be limited, or end. Starting a paid Stripe plan is a separate affirmative checkout action.

Electronic Communications

You agree to receive account-required communications such as verification, security, billing, support, legal, and requested alert messages. Optional commercial messages require a separate consent or another lawful basis and include an unsubscribe method. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not stop required service messages.

Third-Party Services

Stripe, market-data providers, broker-connection providers, brokers, exchanges, email and notification providers, hosting and network providers, and external links operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their systems, decisions, entitlements, outages, or data.

Disclaimers And Liability Limits

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Nine Sentinel Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for trading or investment losses, missed alerts, inaccurate or delayed data, outages, vendor or broker failures, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes will be brought before courts located in Ontario. Contact us first so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.

Changes And Severability

We may update these Terms or related policies as the platform or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new version and, where appropriate, notice or renewed acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
