Integrity TradingLive ScannerPrivacy Policy
Signal Nine Sentinel Inc. Privacy Policy. Effective version: 2026-07-27.
Who Is Responsible
Signal Nine Sentinel Inc., the corporation responsible for the Integrity Trading website and Live Scanner platform is responsible for personal information under its control. The designated privacy official is the Privacy Officer. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections, withdrawals of consent, and complaints may be sent to support@integritytrading.ca.
Scope And Accountability
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the website, create or use an account, receive alerts, post community content, save paper plans, connect a read-only brokerage connection, purchase a subscription, or contact support. We remain accountable for personal information transferred to service providers for processing and use contractual or other safeguards appropriate to the service and information involved.

How We Use Information
- To create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, manage sessions, enforce access, process plan access, and protect against account sharing, scraping, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To operate the platform, including scanner rows, watchlists, portfolio views, read-only broker context, alerts, phone notifications, proof/accuracy tools, technical dashboards, paper plans, comments, and saved preferences.
- To send service communications such as verification codes, login/security notices, billing notices, support updates, requested alerts, policy updates, and product-critical messages.
- To send optional commercial messages only where consent or another lawful basis exists, and to maintain a suppression record after unsubscribe.
- To diagnose errors, improve reliability, investigate suspicious activity, respond to user requests, enforce the Terms and Conditions, and maintain business, legal, security, and audit records.
Consent And Your Choices
We seek consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the purpose. Required account processing is separated from optional commercial-email consent. You may withdraw optional consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully. Some information is necessary to provide and secure an account; refusing or withdrawing that information may prevent the affected feature from working.
Broker Connections
Broker connections are read-only inside the platform. If you connect a broker, we use the connection to display portfolio context, holdings, balances, dividends, and scanner matches. The platform does not request that you send broker usernames, broker passwords, two-factor codes, account numbers, wallet keys, or transfer instructions through comments, support messages, email, text, Discord, or social messages. Broker credentials should only be entered through the approved broker or broker-connection provider flow.
Brokerage data, market data, prices, balances, dividends, portfolio values, and calculations may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, stale, rejected, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying information directly with your broker.
Staff Safety Warning
Integrity Trading Staff, moderators, support, and admins will never ask for passwords, security codes, broker logins, account balances, wallet transfers, direct payments, or private financial information. Account emails from us include your secret anti-phishing code. If the code is missing or wrong, do not trust that email. Report suspicious requests through the platform.
Payments And Stripe
Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, recurring charges, invoices, taxes where enabled, refunds, disputes, and the customer billing portal. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages. We receive limited billing information needed to provide access and keep business records, such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing interval, payment status, renewal dates, tax status, and invoice or dispute events. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy and service terms.
Service Providers And Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We disclose only information reasonably needed to providers that support payment processing, read-only broker connectivity, market-data delivery, email, hosting and secure tunnelling, database and backup operations, push and Discord notifications, analytics, security, error monitoring, customer support, and professional advice. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to investigate abuse or incidents, or to protect users, the platform, our rights, and the service.
Processing Outside Canada
Some providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada. Information in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or regulators under that jurisdiction's laws. We assess providers and limit the information sent according to the function being provided.
Cookies, Local Storage, And Sessions
The platform uses first-party cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, remembered settings, performance, saved user choices, pseudonymous product measurement, referral attribution, and controlled interface experiments. These product-measurement identifiers do not provide cross-site advertising access or expose brokerage credentials or account balances. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or features from working. We do not use optional advertising cookies unless separately disclosed and consented to where required.
Paper Plans And User Content
Paper plans are practice records created or saved by users. We may store ticker, side, user-entered quantity, entry, target, invalidation, notes, timestamps, and paper profit/loss calculations so users can review their own practice activity. Paper plans are not broker orders and are not instructions to trade.
Comments, replies, likes, follows, profile content, and reports may be stored, reviewed, moderated, hidden, removed, or preserved where needed to operate the community, enforce the Terms and Conditions, investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
Monitoring And Account Protection
We may monitor login IPs, session counts, device/browser patterns, failed attempts, access timing, route usage, alerts, and system activity to detect compromised accounts, password sharing, unauthorized resale, scraping, automation, suspicious access, or other misuse. Suspicious activity may lead to session revocation, access restriction, suspension, termination, or denial of service.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purposes and applicable legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, and fraud-prevention requirements. Account and product records are generally kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Billing and corporate accounting records may be retained for at least six years after the relevant tax year. Every security-safeguard breach record is retained for at least 24 months after we determine that the breach occurred. Consent and unsubscribe evidence is retained long enough to demonstrate compliance. Data scheduled for deletion may remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup rotation removes it.
Security And Breach Response
We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including hashed passwords, session controls, email verification, access restrictions, monitoring, backups, and provider-managed payment and broker-connection flows. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. We maintain an incident procedure, assess the sensitivity and probability of misuse, keep records of every breach of security safeguards, and report to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and notify affected individuals when a breach creates a real risk of significant harm as required by law.
Access, Correction, Export, And Deletion
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information by contacting support@integritytrading.ca. We may verify your identity and may refuse or limit a request where the law permits or requires it, including for another person's privacy, legal privilege, security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or required records. We will explain any lawful refusal.
Children And Eligibility
The platform is intended only for people who have reached the age of majority where they live and who may legally use market-data and market-intelligence tools. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.
Complaints And Changes
Contact the Privacy Officer first so we can investigate a concern. You may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We may update this Policy as the platform or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective version and, where appropriate, an account notice or renewed consent.
